家族7人で利用させていただきました。 場所は京都駅から徒歩6分程。近くにイオンモールもあるし徒歩一分程でコンビニもあり便利な場所でした。 お風呂が2カ所あったので、京都旅を夜遅くまで満喫し宿への帰宅が遅くなっても、お風呂の順番を気にすることなく体をスッキリできたのはかなりよかったです。 洗濯機も浴室乾燥もハンガーまで完備していたので洗濯物も困ることなかったところはポイント高いです。 ただ、他の口コミにもあるように階段やゴミ箱についてる汚れが気になりました。 ホコリアレルギーの私はずっと鼻がムズムズしてました。 トイレの臭いもちょっと気になるかな。 掃除以外は全て最高でした。 この度はありがとうございました。 また利用させて頂きます。

One very unpleasant experience in gaining access to the property. The key is housed in a iron case which requires a code to open. I received the code by 10:51 on the day of check in. When we used the code to retrieve the key to enter the premises, we could not open the case despite many tries. I sent e-mail at twice asking for help/ assistance but there was no response. After this, out of desparation, I asked the staff at the Tourist Information Centre to call but nobody answered the call. It's only 16:58 hours that I received email advising me to use a new code to open the case. This time it worked and we got in the premises about at 17:10 hours. Apparently, there was an error in providing the wrong code. The slow response to our emails while phone calls went unanswered. We were stucked in the mess for more than an hour, with the environment getting dark. I would like a response from Travel Rakuten on the extremely unpleasant debacle. Kenrick Fok

Goog location from Kyoto Station Hachicho exit and near the AEON MALL where shopping, dining, supermarkets are available. One drawback is the response to customer enquiring on how to gain access to the property. Had to chase a couple of times but did not get response until about 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day. Understood that it may be out of security grounds that the property owner could not provide the key codes to the user. But at least respond to enquiry on what and when the user would expect to get the key codes to avoid uncertainty on part of the user.

9月末に一泊二日で友人らと私の計5人で宿泊しました。水回りがきれいなのとイオンモールが近いのがとてもよかったです。 食べ物やお菓子をたくさん買い込んでちょっとしたパーティーでした。 風呂洗面台が一階と二階に一つずつあり、5人でも風呂や身支度で困りませんでした。

一軒貸しの宿をよく利用するのですが今まで泊まった中でもかなり綺麗なお部屋でした。水周りもよく掃除されていました。また、今まで泊まったお部屋では暖房があまり効かなく寒いことがあったのですが、ここはお風呂にも暖房が付いており暖かく快適に過ごすことができました。

駅近、イオンにも数分で行ける立地で・間取りも広く良かったのですが、部屋の清掃状況がイマイチでした。写真紹介にくらべると玄関入り口は少し荒れていて、ゴキブリがいました。また浴室には前利用者の残地物がありました。ティッシュの用意がありませんでした。

花粉の時期なので部屋にティッシュがなくて困りました。 アメニティが何があるのか事前に知りたかったです。
